Summary
Suitable for anyone with at least 3 months experience in the industry, your people will learn and be able to demonstrate the fundamentals of dairy processing including how to carry out basic milk processing operations, complying with quality assurance requirements including hygiene and food handling requirements as well as compliance with workplace safety and environmental requirements.
They'll also learn how to effectively work and communicate as a part of a team. Completion of the optional Automated Cleaning and Heat Treatment strand will also develop knowledge of automated cleaning in place and basic heat treatment requirements.
