Mentors

Mentoring is a critical part of Pathways into Primary Industries (PIPI) -a people-centered programme to pair people ready to begin a great career in our industries with employers and support them on their journey with a mentor.

PIPI is an opportunity to strengthen our mentor network by forming productive relationships with people entering the industry. As a PIPI mentor you will help ease the transition into the primary industries. This is your opportunity to share your knowledge and experience through a 1:1 long-term mentoring relationship.
